ABOUT
We are a youthful and innovative organization providing solutions to challenges faced by immigrants in the UK.
We are IMMNET, a London-based social enterprise providing support services to Asian immigrants predominantly from India, Pakistan and Nepal. Along with the management, we are a team of 14 professional expert volunteers in their fields of practice. IMMNET is not a Law firm and does not provide legal advice, but we refer our clients to six of the leading law firms and two barristers on our trusted list. We do not charge referral fees or commissions. What we expect is a high level of service for our clients from these firms and professionals. We assist victims of serious cases of financial fraud, COS fraud & other scams, employment matters including harassment and bullying at work, racism, domestic abuse, mental health issues, modern slavery, immigration issues and any other matter affecting international students or people on skilled worker visas in the UK. Through workshops and campaigns, IMMNET is also actively working to raise awareness of immigrant children living in poverty. We help research & prepare statements of facts (without advice) for immigrants before they present their cases to their solicitors to make sure they do not miss any crucial points or evidence to support their cases. We arrange specialist reports from India concerning complex cases. We also issue support letters to victims of Modern Slavery, Domestic Abuse, Sexual orientation, Religious/Non-religious beliefs, Mental health, and Risk/victims of unfair prosecution or torture in their countries of origin and other complex cases for the Home Office & Social Care purposes. IMMNET also connects vulnerable immigrants to various government and non-government agencies for help and support.
